What we do

We are a century old Scandinavian family business located in Helsinki, established in Stockholm in the beginning of the 20th century. We have a long tradition and know-how of fabrics and interior design and today we design our own collection.

Design in Helsinki

In our Helsinki based design Ateljé we design and curate Scandinavian styled interior textiles and products in collaboration with the best producers in the world. We have mastered the art of combining warp and weft and bringing out the most beautiful colours of the combinations, that we can tie into collections that play nicely together. We draw inspiration from nature, trend forecasts, fairs and people and atmospheres around us.

Our products reflect our values and our feels for colour, quality, design and new innovations. Our collection consists of upholstery and curtain fabrics for homes and for contract spaces, as well as homeware and accessories.

Consumers

Our experience in combining styles, colours and patterns and custom making interior textile products like curtains, cushions and bedspreads, stretches long back and is today part of who we are. We have a vast amount of high-quality fabric and wallpaper brands that we sell. Our range consist of Lauritzon’s own collection to the brands that we represent but we also have a huge amount of other high-end brands that we create interiors with.

We want to find unique ways to tell your story through colour and texture, guiding you as a consumer toward different possibilities for spaces and bolder decisions. Through inspiration and expertise, we guide you toward fabrics for every need. Our mission is to turn spaces into homes.
