These terms apply to you when you place an order from Lauritzon through our website at lauritzon.fi. By visiting the site and placing orders in our online store, the customer accepts and commits to comply with these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a permanent delivery address within the delivery area of the online store to place orders. For example, PO box addresses, hotels and other similar temporary addresses are not regarded as permanent addresses.

Lauritzon processes the personal data of customers as described in Lauritzon’s Privacy Statement.

Product prices are given in connection with product presentations. The prices of the products include 24% VAT, both domestically and within the EU.

We reserve the right to change prices and postage.



Products are ordered online at lauritzon.fi .

You will receive an order receipt after completing your order, indicating the ordered products, the price of the order and the shipping costs. When we have processed your order, it will be confirmed by email also stating the estimated shipment date.

If you have ordered a pick-up delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. You will receive a shipment notification by email as soon as the package has been shipped. The notification will provide you with a tracking number and shipment details, e.g. the pick-up location.

In order to receive an order receipt, order confirmation and shipment notification, you must provide an email address when ordering.

The customer agrees to the terms of delivery for each order.



We use Klarna and Paytrail as payment service providers for our webstore payments.

By using Klarna you agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm). If you have any payment questions, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly on 09-425 99 771 (Mon-Fri 8: 00-18: 00).

Pay immediately

You can decide to either pay with card or with bank transfer.

Pay later

The payment will be done only after receiving the delivery.

Split the payment

The payment can be split up to 6 months.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license. Delivery areas

We sell products to consumers and companies in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

We are not delivering to Åland islands for the moment. Please contact our customer service if you live outside of this area and would like to purchase a product.

Delivery times

We aim to process orders within 1-2 days after the order arrives and deliver them to the customer through Posti (in Finland) or PostNord (in all EU-countries). Promotions, weekends, and bank holidays may affect delivery times. Please note that some products may have a separate delivery schedule, which may be longer than the previously mentioned shipping time. If so, this is specifically stated for the product in question.

Delivery costs

The delivery methods and services will be automatically updated according to the shipping address. The price of the chosen delivery service will be added to the price of the order. Orders over 150€ will be shipped free of charge.

Orders inside Finland are delivered by Posti and PostNord. The shipping costs are:

Posti Parcel point 6,90€

Posti home delivery 14,90€

PostNord Mypack 6,90€

PostNordHome delivery 8,90€

Other EU countries (Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain)

Orders in other EU-countries are delivered by Postnord. The shipping costs are:

PostNord Mypack EU 11,90

PostNord home delivery EU 14,90€

We will soon also add DHL as a shipping method.



The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If you want to replace the product, you must return the unused product in its original condition to Lauritzon and place a new order from the online store.

Once the product has been returned according to the instructions, we will refund the full price of the purchased goods, excluding the shipping cost of the order. Returns are free of charge.

Failure to pick up the package is not enough to cancel the transaction. If the package is not picked up or received and the logistic company returns it to the place of dispatch, we will charge a 10€ return fee.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Prior to placing an order, the customer must read the applicable delivery terms.
